Your pack shipment
Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by You in your order, exclusively in mainland UK. Our delivery service does not include delivery to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles.
The delivery time given on the Website begins on the date on which the products You have ordered are dispatched from our warehouse, such date not to be more than 30 workings days after confirmation of the order by the Website. You will be sent an e-mail confirming that the order has been dispatched.
If You are unable to take delivery of items delivered by the carrier, You will have a certain period of time in which to collect the parcel from the specified carrier. Thereafter, the parcel will be returned to Artificialgrass24.co.uk. The Artificialgrass24.co.uk will then send a reminder. If You fail to respond to the reminder within 7 days, Artificialgrass24.co.uk will consider that You have exercised your right to cancel the order.
With respect to the acceptance of packages, Artificialgrass24.co.uk strongly advises Customers to check the apparent condition of items on delivery. In the event of a problem (damaged packaging or missing, damaged or broken items), You:
Must describe the condition of the parcel being refused in detail on the delivery note.
Must have the carrier countersign the delivery note.
Will have a period of 2 calendar days (excluding bank holiday) in which to notify Artificialgrass24.co.uk by any means.
